Bomber pack!
Pack is solid. Extremely well-built. My one concern is that when loading the pack with a 50lb bag of rice for training, I am noticing a lot of weight on my shoulders, even after the load straps are tightened. I am hoping that is because of the density of the rice sitting at the bottom of the pack and not up tight against my back. I will be packing it for a weekend backpacking trip, where the weight will be distributed accordingly; will know more soon!

Late arrival and issues with stay
The pack arrived about one week later than the timeline indicated on the website, which I could understand. But the stay (two pieces of metal support) would not fit into the sleeves in the pack. The sleeves toward the bottom of the pack are fine, but the velcro toward the top of the pack barely covers the stay, not to mention that it does not close around the stay at all. So now, the stay just dangles in the pack. The staff that I've interacting has been very helpful. But it's taking so many back and forth via email interactions, which seem to be the only way offered. And I am not sure how I can help with clearer and more effective communications via emails any more.
Bag for everything
Took it ski mountaineering in Denali NP. Love it. The top roll and straps are brilliant simplicity. I even cinched the pack down to about 20 cl for a day tour.
