3400 Junction
Starting at $355.00
The versatile 3400 Junction allows you to keep your options open when it comes to packing for a big weekend, multi-day section hikes, thru hikes, or to meet the gear demands of changing seasons and environments. Ideal when resupply points are less frequent and/or for equipment flexibility is needed. When the extra volume is not in use, the 3400’s top can roll down enough to make the overall size of the pack similar to the 2400, but that additional space can come in pretty handy when you need it.
For hikes measured more by changes in climate zones and geographical features than distance, the Junction offers the ultimate versatility required to meet those demands.

Love it
I already have 2 good backpacks. I've taken them for more than 1000 miles of the PCT. I bought this bag for the subtle differences. I took it out for a 30 miles section in the San Jacinto area and I'm happy with it. The mesh is great, the fabric feels durable and waterproof. The hip pockets are actually big enough for items! Even a cell phone, altho I got the shoulder pouch which is the best.
So far so good
Nice lightweight pack that fits my narrow shoulders well.

Was using the osprey atmos 65, was a great pack bar far too heavy! Bought this backpack because I was looking for a 2lb pack for my thru hike next year on the AT! Excited to use it on a couple shake down hikes this season! #TruckOn
3400 Junction
The weight and size of the pack are perfect. Waist belt could be a little longer.
Loving this pack! Especially the hip-belt
I just got this pack a few weeks ago and took her out on her maiden voyage this past weekend. Absolutely loving this pack. Super light-weight. SO much space. Very happy that I went with the 3400, because it’s light enough to be a summer-pack, but has plenty of room for winter (at least winter in the south) too. I really like the net on the outside. I’m glad I went with the Junction so the side pockets (which are most likely to get scraped up against stuff) are solid, but the net on the back is pretty sturdy. Way more strong than I thought it would be. I love that it’s see-through, which makes stuff way easier to spot and get to. This if my first “roll top” pack, and I love that feature as well. Definitely very happy with my purchase.
