OUR SIMPLE, HIGHLY VERSATILE MULTISPORT PACK

Make a big plan, and then go bigger with the 4400 Porter. For four-season missions where resupply points are less frequent, and bulkier gear or equipment is required, the 4400 can carry it all.

We designed the Porter for the expert ultralight backpacker or climber who moves fast, goes far and travels light. It’s ideal for shorter-duration adventures, where you’re sharing gear with your partner. Made from 100% waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabrics (formerly Cuben Fiber), this backpack is highly durable and weather resistant. Use it with our Stuff Sacks for a nearly perfect waterproof kit.

    Best backpack ever

A little over 2 years ago I got into backpacking. Like most in the beginning I wasn't paying attention to weight much (my body wasn't happy with me lol)! So I started searching for all litest products. This bag brought it all together its 4.5 less than my first bag and so comfortable. It does take sometime to get used to haveing everything in one thing vs having different pockets. After a 9 day trip I'm getting the hang of were everything need to go. Looking forward to getting more products in the future.

    Bombproof

Owned mine for almost five years now.

The Grand Canyon, Pecos Wilderness, Arizona, countless airplane baggage handlers, 50lbs+ loads, survived it all.

Tore a hole in it crawling through a barbed wire fence, continued using it for a rock climbing trip at full capacity for two weeks without the hole widening.

Patched it with dyneema tape -- that was two years ago, still bomber now.

    Waterproof.

The Y-strap on top is awesome, great for carrying a rope, jackets, etc. etc. etc.

Compresses down to a size you could feasibly use for day trips; have done so in the past.

Make sure you put a rock on top of it when it's empty or your pack will literally blow away in a breeze.

Never felt like I needed load lifters or extra hip belt adjustment, fit was bang on.
