The Hype is Real
I have been on two SAR missions and one packraft outing so far with this pack and have nothing but good things to say. Rides comfy, fits everything, and repels water. If you are hesitating, like I did, please believe me it is worth it.

High Quality Efficiency!
I love this pack! I ordered it with one zip pocket, a hydration sleeve and the "pods". This system is as light and handy as any I've owned. I'm excited to use it!

Magnificent Design and Craftsmanship
The 4400 Porter’s design and craftsmanship are magnificent. In addition to its fully loaded comfort and functionality, it’s a marvel to look at and hold when empty. If there’s a design museum for backpacks, this should be in it.

Checks all the boxes

This is my go to mountaineering pack when carrying large bulky gear. The ability to fit everything and get to base camp and then use it as a light streamlined summit pack is amazing. I used some paracord and shock cord to make ice axe loops and retention straps. The addition of the porter stuff sack and the extra 11L it brings giving quick access to certain items and ability to stuff layers as temperatures change makes it even better. Recommend it to anyone with big objectives!

Lightweight and Comfy

After two major outings with this packed, I'm overall pretty stoked on how well it carries heavy loads. It's lightweight and comfortable. The only downside is that the material is not quite as durable as expected. I've already punctured two decent holes in it while scrambling around rocky terrain. We will see how durable the pack is in the long run.

Stuff and Go

I love this pack, the simplicity is what sells it for me. Durability is great as well. The ability to stuff everything in your pack and head out after a sleepless night in a tent is just top notch.

Porter is the perfect rucksack for me

I love Porter and have all sizes.

I'm 5'10 tall and weigh 165lb and size L is just right.

I have a 45lb load and it was easy to carry.

Best backpack ever

A little over 2 years ago I got into backpacking. Like most in the beginning I wasn't paying attention to weight much (my body wasn't happy with me lol)! So I started searching for all litest products. This bag brought it all together its 4.5 less than my first bag and so comfortable. It does take sometime to get used to haveing everything in one thing vs having different pockets. After a 9 day trip I'm getting the hang of were everything need to go. Looking forward to getting more products in the future.
