In the “new normal,” everyday tasks like a trip to the grocery store become unnerving. We feel it too, so we went to work on a face mask design, and our highly skilled craftspeople took it from there. Our mask is constructed with an interlock micro polyester with a skin friendly DWR (durable water repellent) coating. Interlock micro-polyester features the tightest available weave, the smoothest surface, and a great feel next to the skin. Please note that due to limitations with sourcing elastic, some masks may be built with white elastic instead of the black shown in the photos.

Easy to wear and fit well
What more can I say than what is in the title?
I wouldn't feel safe wearing this even before the omicron variant
I really like the packs hyperlite makes, but this mask is really not something I can recommend. The fabric is thin, if you hold it up to the light, you will be able to see light shine through it. I have a slightly larger than normal face, this mask gets to about half way between my mouth and ear. I wish Hyperlite provided dimensions of the mask on the site, this will not cause any ambiguity.
With omicron, cloth mask is no longer recommended anyway, even without omicron, I would double mask with a surgical mask to feel protected.
I can see a lot of details have been put into the design, but I wish this was triple layers and bigger.
2nd time buyer
These are still my favorite masks, when masks must be worn. I'm a teacher that wears glasses, and I can both project and avoid fog on my glasses without constantly readjusting. HOWEVER, the most recent iteration of these masks I purchased at the start of this school year, is made with a thinner nose wire. This prevents it from being possible to wash in your machine- they MUST be hand washed, otherwise the wire pulls out of the seam and twists and is unable to be fully flattened ever again. The previous version made in 2020, had a thicker wire which was comfortable and easier to flatten after washing in a machine. Perhaps, designers will take this into account, should the use of masks continue to be needed.
