Product Reviews and Questions
Great daypack
I love the size, weight and quality of the Daybreak. The shoulder straps are comfortable and distribute weight well. The white color is particularly appreciated in hot, sunny weather. I wouldn't want any other day pack than the Daybreak when in wet conditions.
I do like to carry things like car keys and wallet in my pack vs. in my pockets, so I would love to have the option for a more robust waist belt with additional pockets for easy access to small items. As there are few compartments in the daybreak, I would love to see the inner stash pocket extended an inch or two so that more small items can be stored in there. And I'd like the rear stuff pocket to have a zipper option.
Overall a great day pack. I liked it enough to buy two of them.
You get what you pay for
This pack is super well thought out and I couldn't ask for a better first ultralight piece of gear. I've always used a water bladder but ditched that when I bought this and I'm a huge fan of the water bottle carriers - they have a cutout facing you so they're pretty easy to grab. The main compartment goes deep and has an easy access pocket (thought it was a laptop sleeve) that you can store quick grab stuff in instead of digging through the entire pack. The outer pouch is.. a great pouch lol. Was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the straps are. The pack design is minimal but gives you everything you need. Can't speak to durability yet since I've only had it for a week but the material is super beefy so I'm not concerned.
Great daypack
Holds just enough clothing food and water for day out on trail. I like the big pockets for water bottles and it’s waterproof just like my junction pack.
Nice Bag - built well.
Love the bag. A bit too big for a day pack if I’m honest but I bought it because I love my southwest. Perfect for those very long day trips or just general outdoor adventures. Please make a slightly smaller bag HMG.
Lightweight, durable, easy to store and easy to use
With a large front pocket with a drawcord, a drawstring at the top of the side pocket, a zipper that opens to the side, and an internal computer storage pocket, this rucksack is very easy to use for both city use and overnight mountain trips.
