As a result of the pandemic keeping everyone stuck indoors, and because of recommendations that spending time outside was much safer, we experienced record-breaking demand for our products this past summer. This has been the case for many of our fellow manufacturers in the outdoor industry. While this allowed Hyperlite Mountain Gear to keep the lights on, our "good problem to have" has resulted in slower ship times than the ones we've historically and successfully achieved.
For the first time, we've added shifts to the work hours at our HQ, but even with our sewing machines and cutting tables going full tilt, we're currently in catch up mode. Trust that the good people here want you to have your order just as bad as you do, and they're givin' it all they've got to make it happen.
So, while we'd rather be talking right now about your awesome first adventures with the products you bought, we hope you understand that this unusual and unexpected situation is the only thing preventing it. We're fully aware that we're here, allowed to work in this supremely challenging time, because the stuff we make is the stuff you want, and it means everything to us.
