This is it

Have used this for light hiking all the way up to multi-week traveling and it handles everything with ease. Not for people who like pockets.

I love this DCHW daypack

The Summit pack is a perfect addition to my Junction 3400 ultralight system, which I use for both backpacking and travel. The Summit with its accessory pocket rolls up into a compact package weighing just over a pound, yet comfortably carries everything I need for a day’s fly fishing expedition, or my travel necessities, lunch, and full size laptop computer in padded case with power supply and mouse. I love how the woven DCHW material is softer and quieter than the DCH150 of my backpack, and its ruggedness needs no further mention. I was happy to find one that was still made in USA; I would be even happier if HMG made this an option in the future; I would pay extra for it. Not that I have anything against Mexico, I just believe in supporting American workers and their products.

Light and sturdy

Convenient as an auxiliary backpack. And strong and light. Easy to put things in and out.
