5400 Porter
$430.00
The 5400 Porter is designed for explorers that want to do all the things. With added capacity for clothing, dry suits, additional days’ worth of food, or supplementary equipment like boats, paddles, or ropes, this pack is crucial for the multi-est multisporter. Ideal for four-season, extended trips into the backcountry where resupply points aren't available and/or bulkier cold weather gear is required
We designed the Porter for the expert ultralight backpacker or climber who moves fast, goes far and travels light. It’s ideal for shorter-duration adventures, where you’re sharing gear with your partner. Made from 100% waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabrics (formerly Cuben Fiber), this backpack is highly durable and weatherproof. Use it with our Stuff Sacks for a nearly perfect waterproof kit.

Excellent, but there are complaints about the quality
I bought this bag in summer 2018. I started using it in the fall ... After two exits, I noticed that the inner waterproofing tapes were peeling off ... I turned to the company with a claim ... they offered to send a bag for repair or send a tape for self-repair .... I chose the latter. With this backpack I made a solo ascent to the top of Lhotse (8516m) in spring 2019)

Incredible Pack
I'm not usually one to write reviews but this pack is phenomenal! There are certainly cheaper packs out there and the design may look minimal but I'm convinced now after having Deuter and Osprey packs in the past that Hyperlite has the most thoughtfully engineered packs on the market. You get what you pay for here.
Loving the pack so far!
Just used the pack on an 8 day hunting trip and was very happy with it. Fit and carries great with a small or large load.
Review
Recently used this on a Mt. Rainier summit, had 48lbs in it up to Camp Muir. It was pretty comfortable. Kept all my gear dry in the moderate rain and 30-50mph winds on the way up.
