A well made pack with all the right features for a daypack.

I ordered this pack a while ago, but only just had the chance to use it. I recently moved away from the Sierras, so I'm mostly day hiking. I wanted a nice pack that is made for hiking, not one that is made for computers, and books. I have a Hyperlite Awning, so I was aware of the quality of their products, and this pack is of the same quality. I wanted to ability to carry my layers on the outside of the pack, along with a couple of water bottles. It looks like an ice axe would strap on nicely, as well as crampons, if they were needed. There is a pocket for internal water, as well. The zipper looks very snug, and waterproof, although I haven't used it in the rain yet, All things considered, this was just the pack I was looking for, and I expect it to be with me for a long time.

Perfect for me

Just been using this around town as my everyday bag and I love it. its the perfect size and fit. For comparison on the inner pocket, a 2020 15" MacBook Pro does not fit. it's very close but just not quite. Construction is top notch as expected.
