This is a replacement component for the Windrider Ultralight Backpack series to hold an ice axe fast to the pack. It is a velcro loop specially designed to work with the Y-strap compressor extending from the front of the pack to the top closure. This component is included on all Windriders, but if you use it and have lost yours....here's a replacement.
