We designed our ultralight no-see-um mesh shelter inserts to be used in conjunction with our shelter systems, but skilled users can also utilize them separately in balmy conditions. Mesh material walls offer protection from bugs, and the 100% waterproof DCF11 floors (on some of the shelters) offer protection from wet ground and bad weather. These are the perfect lightweight mesh shelters for summer campers, hikers and backpackers. They were designed to be used with the appropriate Hyperlite Mountain Gear shelters.
